Best. Proposal. Ever.

Well...ok, maybe not ever, but certainly one of the most creative and personal proposals I've seen. These is super close to my apartment and I found out the groom hired the graffiti artists and rented the building for the month. He proposed outside while her family hid across the block. Awwww!
